COCC College credit class Fall 2011 - Traditional Japanese Karate
The COCC college credit course, HHP 199, is on the schedule for the Fall 2011 term! This is a great opportunity to stay in shape and learn traditional Shotokan karate at the same time.
Below is the course description:
Traditional Japanese Karate 04:45pm-06:00 Tuesday and Thursdays
Traditional Japanese Style (Shotokan-JKA) Karate. Respect, discipline and precise techniques characterize this form of karate. All classes will be held at the Bend Karate Club, 502 NE Revere. There is a $16 facility fee. Please note: This class does not meet the Health requirement.
