Entry Level Class
This entry level class is designed to help new and lower ranking students develop a good foundation. A typical 1 hour class will consist of warmups, stretching, fundamentals, kata, and sparring practice. A portion of the class is dedicated to application of these ideas in self-defense. Students will get individual attention and will work drills with each other as well. In additional to regular training, students that are preparing for belt examination will be evaluated during this class periodically for improvements.
Minimum age: This is an adult orientated class which allows young people to train in it. The starting age can be as low as 10 years old but will be on a case by case basis.
